My name is Catherine Cantu. I love to go out to eat to try new foods and cocktails, go hiking, cook meals I've found on Pinterest, travel, and read. I am from Lafayette, Louisiana but am currently living in Knoxville, TN with my husband Alex. We moved here after living in Memphis, Tennessee for roughly 2 1/2 years. Before that, we lived in San Antonio, TX for about two years, and I left a huge part of my heart behind in that wonderful city. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I love new experiences, and I love to write. I started this blog as a way to keep track of those experiences and share my recommendations with my friends. Welcome!
